Refund policy

Still Room Perfumery Return and Refund Policy General Terms and Conditions:

Return Conditions:
   - Items must be returned in new condition within 14 days.
   - Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

(If purchased from a stockists returns and exchanges need to be handled from that exact store.)
   

  • Refund Process:
       - Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
       - Refunds for online orders r may take up to 3 business days for processing after     goods have been received back to Still Room Perfumery. 
     
  • Non-Refundable Items:
       - Gift Cards, eGift Cards, Gift Boxes, used product cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Photos for Damaged Items:
       - If items arrive in less than perfect condition, photos must be provided.

Faults or Defects:
The benefits outlined above for change of mind are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.Under Australian Consumer Law:
  - You are entitled to a replacement or refund for goods with a major failure.
  - Goods that fail to be of acceptable quality are entitled to a replacement.

  • Returning an Online Order:
    Contact Customer Service via the contact us form with the following details:
       - Online order number
       - Full name
       - Email address used for the order.
  • Customer Service typically responds within 2 business days and will provide further instructions on the next steps which will include a the submission of photos.

If purchased from a stockists returns and exchanges need to be handled from that exact store.
   

Exchanging an Online Order:

Return postage to be paid by customer. Invoice will also be sent for shipment of goods chosen for exchange once returned goods are inspected and qualified. Items must be exchanged within 14 days and returned goods must be in new unused undamaged condition within 14 days. Proof of purchase needs to be confirmed also.

What if I Paid with a Visa Gift Card?
- If you paid with a Visa / Mastercard gift card, you will be issued a Still Room Perfumery eGift Card of equal value as store credit. Refunds cannot be processed back onto your Visa/ Mastercard gift card.
